JZJY Type Tri-lobe Roots/Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumping System

Overview:

The JZJY Type Tri-lobe Roots/Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumping System consists of one or more Roots vacuum pumps connected in series with a liquid ring vacuum pump. This system can operate for extended periods of time in a pressure range from atmospheric to several kiloPascals. It is particularly suitable for pumping gases with high humidity, high water vapor content, and corrosive and condensable gases. Therefore, Roots liquid ring vacuum units are suitable for vacuum distillation and dehydration crystallization of chemical products; drying polyester chips and leather products in the textile industry; freeze-drying in the food industry; and vacuum impregnation and drying of three major components in the power industry.
