Product Overview and Features
The single-stage, direct-drive rotary vane pump uses an electric motor to directly drive the rotor, achieving speeds up to 3000 RPM. It features a compact design, small size, light weight, high pumping speed, and low vibration and noise. This pump is not only energy-efficient but also easy to install and maintain, safe, and reliable.
• Long-life impellers, low noise levels, easy maintenance, tolerance to high water vapor levels, and long maintenance intervals.
• Low noise, low vibration, and air cooling for convenient operation.
• Operates efficiently in high-temperature environments and maintains high pumping speeds at low vacuum pressures.
• Built-in filter element and filter provide high filtration efficiency, and a built-in check valve prevents backflow of vacuum oil.
• Standard air cooling is available, but water cooling can be added for use in higher ambient temperatures.
• Built-in gas ballast valve handles highly humid air, and a built-in high-efficiency oil mist separator makes installation very simple.
• A variety of vacuum systems are available for various applications requiring central negative pressure. Reliable and durable, suitable for rough and medium vacuum applications.
• Can be used independently or as a backing pump for other high vacuum pumps or ultra-high vacuum pumps, or as a pre-pump for ultra-high vacuum pumps.
