• The LM screw rotor profile features variable-pitch, multi-stage compression, resulting in 16.6%-23.8% higher efficiency than constant-pitch screws. It achieves vacuum levels as high as 0.1 Pa and can operate continuously and for extended periods from atmospheric to ultimate vacuum.
• Anti-corrosion Gas Coating: We offer a variety of corrosion-resistant coatings on internal components, including molybdenum, nickel, nano-material nickel, Hastelloy, Monel, and titanium alloys, tailored to the customer's specific working media. This coating adheres well to the screw material and resists detachment. It can be used to pump condensable and toxic gases, meeting the specific requirements of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
• Patented Seal: A unique multi-layer seal design prevents leaks and foreign matter, extending service life. A unique N2 pressurized protective structure is located at the end cap to enhance the seal. The rotors mesh without contact friction. Combined with a high-efficiency muffler and vibration-insulated drive components, the LM vacuum pump achieves truly low-noise operation, making it suitable for quiet environments such as microelectronics and semiconductors.
• The pump chamber features a material buffer. Unlike traditional side exhaust, the exhaust utilizes a downward exhaust method, leveraging gravity to remove materials and impurities more quickly and smoothly, eliminating the common problem of material jamming during vacuum pump operation.
• Compared to traditional vacuum pumps, the LM dry pump offers significant energy-saving advantages: overall energy savings of up to 30% compared to comparable operating conditions; system optimization saves 5%; and the direct-drive system increases efficiency by 3%, aligning with environmental protection and energy conservation.
