JZJQ-type tri-lobe gas-cooled roots vacuum system is made up of2 ormore gas-cooled Roots Vacum Pumps,which can be automatically controlled through a variety of instruments.Due to the limitations of pumping speed and structure of the dry screw vacum pumps and the claw vacuum pumps which are not suitable for some application requirements,thus the tri-lobe gas-cooled Roots pumps can construct an oil-free pumping system with large rate at rough vacum,which are widely used in the aerospace,electric power,iron and steel processig,pharmaceutical and chemical industries. At present,ELMVAC has mass-produced the ZJQ10000 and ZJQ20000 gas-cooled Roots pump.
