The working principle of the detachable plate heat exchanger is to utilize the channels on the heat exchange plates, allowing two media to flow separately on either side, thereby achieving heat transfer and cooling. Advantages Of Detachable Heat Exchangers
A plate heat exchanger is made up of a set of corrugated metal plates with four corner holes for the two fluids that transfer heat to pass through. The metal sheet is installed in a frame with a fixed plate and a movable clamping plate on one side, and clamped with clamping bolts The plate is equipped with sealing gaskets to seal the fluid channels and guide the fluid to flow alternately into their respective channels, forming heat exchange. The flow rate, physical properties, pressure drop, and temperature difference of the fluid determine the number and size of the plate. The corrugated plate not only improves the full flow degree, but also forms many support points, which are sufficient to withstand the pressure difference between the media. The metal plate and the movable compression plate are suspended on the upper guide rod and positioned by the lower guide rod, while the rod end is fixed on the support column. Due to its many advantages such as high performance, space saving, energy saving, and simple maintenance, plate heat exchangers have been highly recognized by various industries.
